Below is a clip of some the past weeks' highlights....you guys have so much to be proud of, keep up the great work and have a great weekend. A new week of ass kicking starts Monday! I'll be sure to put together one helluva Veteran's Day workout on Thursday.
Also, I'm very excited that in the near future we are going to be able to offer jiu jitsu classes at the gym! We are working the details out now...but rest assured it's going to be awesome.
