Friday Homework...

Flexibility and Mobility...
Everyone wants to lift heavy things, jump high, and run strong....but who honestly wants to take time and work on their joint mobility and flexibility? Odds are some of you just mentally checked out after you read that word and now returned to facebook....

For the brave and SMART who remain I offer you a dude named K-Starr. I don't know him personally but I have read/watched A LOT of his stuff, and it is pure awesomeness. In order to be strong and fast as possible you got to spend time on your increasing your overall mobility. For those who have been to PSKC and have heard my rant about how Americans spend the majority of their hours sitting on their ass, which equates to massive amounts of back, knee, and shoulder pain. K-Starr and his daily blog of mobility goodies tells you how to unscrew yourself by spending a couple minutes a day regaining mobility in the human body.

For my guys with tight shoulders (I'm talking to you Chris) here's an example to work from...


So, check his blog daily and start incorporating his mobility exercises into your daily routine. And yes of course, you can come to the gym 15 minutes early and work on regaining your lost mobility. SEE YOU TOMORROW AT 11AM!!
